We have the facility to do 1-on-1 lessons, totally tailored around you and your goals. With these sessions, you can focus on your fitness, flexibility, knowledge of the sport, sparring ability, diet, and so much more.
This is run from the lead instructor's home gym, so a parent or guardian must accompany any student under eighteen to meet safeguarding requirements.
When you book one of these sessions, you will speak with the instructor about what you'd like to achieve, and a plan will be drawn up in advance for your approval.
